Go at your own pace
We all have our own pace when it comes to learning and applying knowledge.
It is important to cater your schedule to your own needs. Plan ahead, and set your own routine. At the end of the day, congratulate yourself for what you've accomplished!
Take a break!
Studying for hours on end can be very draining. It's important to schedule your breaks and "me-time" in between!
You can take a nap, do your hobby, watch your favorite movie and more!
Stay hydrated and remember to not overwork yourself ♥️
